Co., Ltd. has three branches, which are knitting yarn branch, fancy
yarn branch and machinery branch.
The knitting yarn
branch has eight sets of the woolen rings and four sets of the woolen
self - actor mule. It mainly produces the whole wool, blending and
synthetic fiber, etc. All kinds of the woolen knitting yarns with
the brand GANGYU, the annual production are about 1000 tons.
The fancy yarn branch
has more than 30 sets of two rollers and three rollers fancy twisting
machines and auxiliary machines. It mainly produces all kinds of
fashionable fancy yarns, such as loopy yarn, wave yarn, slubby yarn,
roving yarn, brushed yarn, boucl└ yarn, and so on. The annual production
is about 1800 tons. And main export market is Western Europe, USA,
H.K. and Taiwan.
On the base of introduce
and absorbing the abroad developed technique of fancy twisting machine,
Jiuzhou Textile successfully developed TZ-201 Fancy Twisting machine
computer with three rollers, which is the popular products in domestic
market. And also successfully developed TZ-301 Fancy Twisting machine
with five rollers, become the first researcher and manufacturer
of producing three colors (segment) feeding color roving in domestic
market. TZ-301 Fancy Twisting machine has the honor of Technology
Result prize rewarded by Jiangsu Science Council with its good function,
dependable control, which are exported to Iran, Turkey and South
Asia market and has received a lot of praise.
